Coming out of MBA?
Either way you need to know all the same technicals an analyst might be asked, regardless of what would come up in an interview. You need to know those things to do your job
No, coming straight from big 4. Thanks for the reply.
When they hire laterally for an analyst/associate they are replacing one they have lost so they will expect you to know the technicals pretty well so they you can come in and take their spot
Why is someone laugh reacting to your question? Anyway I doubt you do at the analyst level, someone feel free to correct me if I’m wrong
Excel, PowerPoint, and technical courses are your best friend. As mentioned above, you are replacing someone who left or got the bump to associate.
Give the interviewers confidence they can trust you to complete pages for a book at 1 AM and have it ready for distribution the next morning with no corrections.
Makes sense. Thanks for the input and your reply.
