Hi Fishes,

YOE - 12
Role - Manager
Current CTC - 49LPA (Onsite salary)
Capgemini - 32LPA with C2 band
Arete - HR discussion pending (I was really happy with people how they dealt with interview process)
Quest - 33LPA
I am new to this platform, need 11likes to message someone directly.
Thanks in advance.
Capgemini I joined sometime back at D1 level , I do technical work most of time like coding, dev, testing etc.
I have worked a lot in my 14 years and still have required skills needed for the work. I don't have energy to slog any further. Moreover I get anxiety when I see junior level people doing same work as me and earning more or same.
I feel cannot sit longer hrs due to back issues and other health issues and family commitments.
Can I change to management side without risking my job .

Apply but the workload won’t get better.
Toxicity of work environment and people altogether? Or just the hours? I think I could get past the rough hours if the pay is right and environment is good
yolo babe
Just apply, but I recommend you wait until after the holidays and get a referral. If you get accepted, you can jump for more money and more work. If you get rejected, you'll be humbled and thus know you should step your game up.

Apply. Revisit the decision if you get interviewed

Absolutely
Do it
Work may not be better but atleast you can avoid the KPMG jokes
I think some of the jokes are funny, I don’t mind them. I also think the tax and audit groups get the worst of it. The advisory reputation isn’t as bad
