Looking to leave my current role, in industry (engineering/manufacturing) and to get back into big 4 (same firm as well), however I have a 3 month holiday planned from December next year.

Are big 4 pretty lenient on allowing holidays of that length? Especially for boomerangs? Or is it better to come back after the holiday and try then? Thinking that contracting temporarily might be the way to go in the interim.

Anyone work in nonprofit tax? What exit opportunities are available with 3-6 years experience? Hoping to be promoted to senior this year and curious what options exist with this specialized skill set.

I know cases rarely make it to trial anymore, but I’d like to develop my skills as much as possible to position myself well when they do.
