[query] Is it a good idea to say a firm No due to medical reasons to a new night shift project I'm hired in?Accenture
I recently got a night shift project (2 days ago) that requires me to work from 10:30pm till 7:30am
I'm not comfortable with these timings and I'm thinking to ask my manager to put me on Bench (Due to medical reasons that involve mental health)
Is it a nice idea to say a firm No to a new project I'm hardlocked into, due to night shifts?

Bcg is 15 days for either first two years or until PL (those were the same for me), 20 days after that. Plus company holidays. Unlimited sick days. Similar to LEK1, I’ve also gotten a few extra days here and there for crazy projects or a crazy year at the firm.
15 when you start, 20 after 2 years. I don't think there's a limit on sick days. At levels below manager you also get "compensation" days for long weeks. Those probably avg 5 extra days of vacation per year
You can take 1-3 months off as a sabbatical as well
I’ve had soooo many days on the beach where I don’t work. You can also time these well by taking vacations in between projects at slightly offset time.
