I am a personal injury attorney making 79k with ability to keep 40% of anything I settle, bonuses for originating work for the firm. I am 1.5 years into practicing as a Plaintiffs PI attorney - I have a review coming up - suggestions on what I should ask for as a raise. How much will be in hand salary if Barclays gives a CTC of 25 LPA?
Is the employer contribution towards PF deducted from the CTC?

Enhanced maternity pay at EY - how long do you have to be employed until you can qualify for the enhanced pay? I believe it's 50% for 9 months, happy to be corrected

I’m really discouraged. My after tax / after 401k contributions etc. take home pay is $6,500 monthly. I have $60,000 in savings / stocks for a down payment but even looking at a $550,000 home, my monthly payment would be about $3,400 from the calculators I’ve been using. Is that too high?
