There is no recruiter in between and I dropped a mail to the hiring manager (director) asking her about the result. She gave positive feedback and said that she will respond after the Thanksgiving week. The entire week has passed and it's Tuesday of another week. No response yet. Is this common? I am losing hope. Should I list my side hustle on my resume or leave it off?

Cons: I’m worried people might think it’s too much of a time commitment.

Pros: it’s reasonably impressive. I bootstrapped a company into existence on my free time and it has an impressive list of clients now. Profitable.

I’m technically the majority share holder, not an employee of the side hustle (it’s legally a company now). And I have employees that manage the daily activities.

How do you get leverage as an internal transfer? A buddy of mine with similar experience and location received an external offer for nearly $100k TC more than my internal offer for the same role. I haven’t accepted it yet, and I’ve already caused a stir in my previous org. Should I accept an offer I’m already bitter about? Is my only recourse to now leave the company? Leaving would hurt both my previous org and new org.

Should I complain to a firm's HR if the interviewers laughed at my answer during an interview? Hey Fishes, I was supposed to recieve a formal contract from HR on Friday. Hr had confirmed that on Thursday the contract has been drafted, earlier got a mail from the partner as well saying that the offer is secure and should not worry. I had another offer which will be revoked by evening today if I don't reply. should I worry about contract from EY? I am not sure if should mail the partner to inform about it. (he did say to let him know if I don't receive the contract within 24h on thursday).

I am currently being hired for nightshift. Are there any chances for getting day shift or mid shift?
Or are there any chances to get a change in shift after getting on boarded?

Situation: got an offer from firm X; highly likely to get a better offer from firm Y but official offer would take a couple of more weeks in best case scenario. However, firm X’s offer validity about to run out. Would you: (1) accept X’s offer now but rescind later if Y converts (2) ask X for additional time to decide (they’re “prestigious” and may not offer additional time...) (3) Play straight, decline X and hope Y converts (4) any other creative ideas ...???

I completed my first round interview with wipro. I belive I didn't perform well at interview and left interview in middle as my manager in current company ringing phone constantly . But suprisingly after a week I got call from recruiter stating 1st interview is cleared and there is a HR round without any L2 round. And HR round was also done package was decided and recruiter sent some links for bgv and said offer gonna be released in next week. Is this a clean process or should I suspect?
