I recently joined TCS but I was moved into very different project which was told during hiring. Also they told me for joining incentive but later after 65 days of joining they didn't give saying your business aproval got rejected. I really want to be with TCS but due to project dissatisfaction, I am looking for different job. I am not sure if I can leave the organisation soo soon(4 months) and it should not effect my carrier.

Guys there’s this boot camp that I came across that trains people to get jobs in Top consulting firms and has a fee plan wherein you pay once you get placed. I just wanted to know if someone here has any experience with this ?

BA->SBA->EM (Manager)
ASC————>EM
- We have 3 consulting tracks: Integrative, Expert, and Implementation
- All are are industry agnostic, but Integrative means you can bounce functional practices, Experts align to a functional practice (Digital, Org) immediately, while Implementation is exactly that
- All 3 have these roles or equivalents; BA (and equivalent) are almost always undergrad hires or 1-3 years exp
- ASC (and equivalent) are almost always MBA/PHD/JD
- Generally, you can fluidly work across these 3 types based on interest and conversation (but, likelihood of a Digital Analyst being on a DD is low)
- All 3 lead up to Partner
Yeah I've heard they're aligning titles. The BA equivalent was implementation coach and associate was senior implementation coach. I think theyre realigning them now, hence implementation associate.
McK’s into implementation? Like back-office IT implementation??
Not IT implementation at all.
