My reporting manager hasn't yet reached out to me regarding goal setting, not sure if that happens here. Can you pls help me to know what all things we need to do from our end for the appraisal cycle and bonus payout? Since I'm new to this company KPMG KPMG India

Isn't this a bit low for 21 yoe?

21 YOE in engineering? Seems low.
Is this Senior Customer Engineer? Just signed on and started in Security, Customer Engineer (lvl 62) for 140k Base, 30k stock sign on, and 0-20% cash, and 0%-30% stock yearly bonus. Also, told me remote for at least a year but not sure beyond that. Based on stock sign on I assume yours is lvl 63?
I think the bonus part is all the same. The range I provided was off the top of my head but 100% sure about the rest. That’s a good offer for level 62! I had a competing too to get here so I was happy. I just wish I had cash sign on which you did. Level 63 is senior and I’ve only seen cash sign on for senior so far which is why I thought not too push when negotiating in December
Yeah I’m thinking I’m probably a bit overqualified and they’re hitting the limit on the salary level. Still waiting back to hear from the recruiter on what level the job is.
With your yoe I would think l63 is a minimum. Unless you're coming from big tech I've heard that MSFT rarely higher external candidates at 64. Do you have any competing offers? This will give you leverage and also the data points your recruiter needs to justify comp increases. Feel free to dm if you'd like to know more.
Sounds like you countered too low.
Ahh misread thanks. I meant your min base sounds a bit low.
21 YOE?!? You know basic?
Oh. My. God. Absolute legend. You should be asking for 500k base minimum.
