Hard no IMO
Huge pass
No. Mainly because of the evening work and poor coverage, $215 base for a midlevel isn’t horrible but without knowing bonus and equity the TC could be low. I’m on a small legal team and make more than that base with 6yoe and have competitive bonus and equity, but almost zero evening work and can fully disconnect on PTO. Don’t take a pay cut to work firm hours.
What year are you? That’s low but maybe for a 4th year decent but less so 6/7.

Yea if it's one off instances of that happening to various members of the team, fine. But if everyone is saying that and being so blase about it, that doesn't seem great
