I got an email from a recruiter from PayPal about a position I didn’t apply for. How do I know that? Because on workday you can see all the jobs I applied for. I applied for one position in the company but got reply for another position I am not interested in. The recruiter wants to set up a phone interview? How would you react? Because I would love working there, but not in this position,
Would you say something during the phone call or before?

It is not an easy job, I had to resign because I could not live in peace with my obsessive-compulsive syndrome of perfection, whenever I saw something wrong I had to try to fix it immediately.
As a community moderator for 5 years, I have learned that you should not always intervene, there are very educated users who know and respect the laws of the community and make other users do it too.
The feeling of having such a great responsibility is immense, it is something that fills you with pressure and moments of pressure, really, more than once I thought about giving up but on the other hand, I like what I do, it is a toxic relationship, it is the most toxic of my life
It is normal for you to think about giving up, yes, but if you like what you do, you should think that not all moments are bad and when you find a way to establish control in the community, everything lightens up, so be patient.
The first thing you should do is understand that thinking about resigning is normal and it is a great indication that you are concerned about your job, that is normal and it is good news, you are doing well and you will do better so nothing happens, continue with your work that little by little everything will improve.
If we draw up a step-by-step plan to be able to manage a community correctly, obviously it's going to fail, communities have that thing that you never know what you're going to experience and you just have to have a little patience to get used to spontaneity.
