Put things in writing. And if they call to talk, follow up in an email outlining what you heard. Copy HR in if there is someone in an HR role (even if they’re incompetent like the rest). Once things are in writing, people usually take the situation more sriously
Sounds like a small agency. Do you have someone in HR you can speak to?
Have they done anything to make people feel more comfortable? Spaced out the desks, stocked hand sanitizer, purchased a bunch of masks, checking temperatures?
What the hell? Why must account management be on site while others can continue remote work? Is your department struggling more than others and this is the solve? I wish I had words of wisdom for you but I really don’t. You can reiterate in writing why you’re uncomfortable but then they’ll worry that they can’t give you special treatment and not the others in that department and I’m not sure how this will all play out.
