My boyfriend and I are thinking about moving in together, but we're both fully wfh and I'm kind of dreading that. The alone time I get now feels really necessary for my sanity. My current roommates are in office, so I have the place to myself most of the day, and it's the best part of my day. Is it weird that this need for alone time is one of my main hesitations about moving in with someone I actually want to live with?

The company I’m with met my rate with no negotiation, which signals I might be selling myself short. Is it uncool to ask for more if they want to extend my contract?
