So I've had 2 hiring managers and several recruiters from Amazon reach out to me about applying for some open positions with the company (android). I completed the coding assessment and now they want me to go through a round of 5 hour interviews next week. Is there a good chance I'll be hired if engineering managers are reaching out to me? I'm really not sure how badly I want to work for them and I don't want to be laid off months after being hired on. Anyone know what Amazon hiring is like?

How secure are you in your current role?
Personally, I avoid moving when times are tough unless my current role is at serious risk. Being the 'new guy' is not an advantage most of the time.
The new guy doesn't have a lot of relationships built, doesn't know the systems/code yet, and typically isn't a SME or key player. In short, firing them is low impact on the company. Moving from a secure role where you are a key player in critical systems to a newb at the new company is risky.
Being the old hand also isn't risk free. You are expensive and may be seen as less flexible or capable for new work (fairly or unfairly).
You haven't given us a lot of details so that's the best I can suggest. Ask lots of questions for the new company and do your own research. Sometimes the grass isn't greener on the other side.
The best time to look for a job is while employed. It’s way less stressful and you have a lot more resources to use in order to build the case for your next job. Hoard all your applicable performance documentation and if you push code, have your favorite ai tool go through your commits and build out documentation about your work. Link that if possible to JIRA, etc and get solid CAR /STAR stories. Think of it just like a mock incident /outage exercise, with the incident being job loss.
Stay disciplined, and you will either find a new job, become indispensable, or be so far ahead of the curve that you won’t be searching for long.
Be proactive, not reactive and remember these companies have no allegiance to you.
Try and get out; you are at the precipice of HAVING to get out, don't wait until you are in the same position WITHOUT having an income.
