Don’t think I did a case with EY when I interviewed.
Maybe group dependent? I did 2 case studies and had to speak to a real life example
Literally look up for consulting case interviews in YouTube. There’s a bunch of really great videos. I prepared mostly by just watching those and aced my case interview. Another thing I did was to get a couple of cases from the web and practiced with those.
- know every line on your resume. Easy to overlook a minor bullet point from 3 years ago until you realize you actually have to speak to it
- YouTube case studies, look through forums for them (reddit consulting isn’t bad), I also got a couple from friends. Just nail down your thought process and communicating it. Case studies aren’t difficult, just be comfortable with them
- know your story and have answers for the standard interview questions that are genuine but compelling
- be confident. Probably the most important thing you can do on the day of
For MBB, assuming you get an interview, case prep heavy. Use case in point, victor Cheng and find Interview guides from diff MBA programs. Practice makes perfect. Was told by EM/PL who referred me you should shoot for 45 live cases.
Start with Case in Point. If you don't have any practice resources I'd recommend Look over my shoulder program too
