Already have 6-7 credit cards and no outstanding balances. Doing it to book hotel travel with family later this year. Is it worth it to pay $100/year? What will 250K get me? TIA

I have a yearly income of 130k and will rent a 1Br/Studio in Manhattan from 2.4-3k by end of the year. I also have student loans of 28.5k which I intend to pay off in an year or so.
