Heck no. Do what’s best for you. They will replace you in a heartbeat.
That partner is guilting you in hopes that you make his life easier... there is no reason to feel bad!!
You need to watch out for yourself first. Remain respectful to your current employer but this is your life and you need to be true to yourself.
No
I’d just consider the timing more than anything. If you get a better offer on the table and leave your team in the middle of your busy season then just know you’ve burned your bridge back (and maybe that’s ok?). If you leave with months to allow them to reshuffle staffing then you don’t have anything to feel bad about.

If they want you to stay they need to give you a fat raise, not guilt
Don’t feel guilty. Companies and firms make decisions in their (and shareholders’/stakeholders’) overall best interests. You should do the same. Not bad to have a sense of loyalty or inertia affect your overall decision to some degree but don’t feel bound by it. It won’t be reciprocated at a corporate level. If you want loyalty you’ll have to get a dog, lol.
