My firm just announced mandatory wellness sessions to help with burnout… scheduled during our lunch breaks. You can’t make this stuff up. Nothing says we care about your mental health like forcing you to skip the only 30 minutes you have to decompress. I swear, corporate wellness initiatives are the new performative empathy. Has anyone actually seen a company handle burnout in a way that helped instead of made it worse?
