I buy property, but I'm not sure I've seen an upside to buying multiple properties together vs. one by one. Maybe I'm too small scale, but at small scale that's what I've seen in my HCOL market.

How much experience do you have sourcing, buying, or managing rental properties?

Are you looking to be a LP or MP?

What secondary ideas do you have? Why Gainesville?

Tampa or Orlando are good options but I to do a deep dive in it this week

I’ve always been a big saver minimum 15% to maxing out my 401k since I graduated college. I’m married to someone who thinks 6% is enough and likes $$$ cars. Other than the cars, they dont really spend money. For the married 🐠, how do you have the conversation with them that what they are doing isn’t enough? When to sell at a loss?

Question for folks with second homes: Considering buying a vacation home but would be primarily for family use. We currently have a primary residence with a mortgage balance of ~640K, so my understanding is I could only deduct the mortgage interest on 110K of the second mortgage to stay under the 750K cap.
