My manager gives feedback in formal reviews, but not much more than a monthly check in. I need more frequent check-ins to feel supported. How do I ask for this without feeling like a burden to him?

Well, I was the one who broke it off. I couldn’t get him to love me the way I needed or even respect me enough. It’s been 6 weeks of not seeing each other. We messaged this week. He doesn’t get it…. His messages show he still doesn’t know what he wants. Yet, if I am totally honest, I hate how part of me wishes he would do a grand gesture/finally decide to be a better man. It’s delusional. Been working as an Assistant Technician for 3 years (2 years excluding pandemic) pay is £21k now £22 adjusted for inflation. I will be completing my Part 1 in architecture but also have a degree in Technology, should I find a different company after graduation or take roles offering £30-45k as an Architectural Technologist/Technician.
