Interveinal chlorosis, a textbook symptom of micronutrient deficiency. Iron is the most common cause but a few other micronutrients look very similar.
The easiest fix is to fertilize with a fertilizer that has a complete set of the essential micronutrients. Follow the label instructions, using the rate for deficiency if the label has them. Old leaves may not improve, but new leaves should stop showing symptoms quickly.
Make sure whatever fertilizer you use is designed for container plants -- fertilizers designed for in-ground use may rely on microorganisms to make nutrients available that are not present in your pot.
