My partner is an accomplished writer and author with 10+ years in digital media as an editor (lifestyle, food, travel), but they are looking to get into something less volatile after layoffs. A colleague told me today that Google separates Product Manager and Product Owner as two separate roles. Hi All, Just finished the process with Alix tech & Digital practice (VP) and A&M PEPI (SA) and got an offer from Alix and waiting for the salary details from A&M. I wanted to know your thoughts regarding the salary expectations for A&M (Their HR didn’t flinch when I asked a salary +15K more than Alix in base)? Do you think they can offer that in PEPI ? I’ve been out of college for 5 years and all of my work experience till now has been in R&D for start ups and small businesses . So not only is this a new experience for me going into such a large company but also a industry (semiconductors).
