Thoughts on cigar smoking?
I tend to overwork myself and it’s really taking a toll on my mental well-being. I want to learn a lot and prove myself to my superiors so that they recognize me/see value. Now my work has a sense of dread to it. I watched my parents be workaholics growing up, so it’s all I know. I’m also goal-oriented and driven, so achieving a lot scratches that itch for me. But, it’s making me want to quit cause I’m burned out and depressed….im not sure what to do. Any suggestions would be helpful.

Alright I am wannabe vegan -
Matt & Nat has an amazing vegan leather shop. And I’ve been using the backpack for 1 year now. Minimum wear & tear.
Mushroom broth on Osso is yum! Also only shipping over 200 so decent gift.
If she’s a health nut, I am, she might like Viome. It gives you a full analysis of your gut. This can be weird but if someone gave it to me - I’d be happy.
Can confirm that Sloth Rescue is legit. Besides rescuing sloths (which is becoming more of a need down there) they also help educate and train some of the nature walk guides who lead tourists through the parks to see wild sloths.
I’m vegan. I confirm Matt & Nat products are great (love their backpack). I know that social distancing may make it impossible right now: but I always appreciate when people are willing go to vegan restaurants WITH me :) I’ve also liked as gifts: people going vegan for a day and donations to animal protection related charities. Keep in mind, what they may enjoy depends on why they are vegan. I.e . If they are vegan primarily for health reasons, contributing to animal charities may seem less relevant for them, and same goes for buying them some type of vegan junk food or cake. Likewise if it’s for environmental reasons they may appreciate something environmentally friendly / zero carbon footprint, in which case I would shy away from getting any type of disposable product. Helpful to know a bit more about them. Also- vegan is one part of their life, NOT their entire identity. You may also want to just think more holistically about them as a person and what they may like, e.g, books, art, etc.
Causebox. I love it!
I just subscribed to Causebox! I am really glad to read that you love it..I think mine is coming in July and I'm looking forward to it!
A sign that says “I am a vegan!!!!”
A nice gag gift would be a meatless basket ( it would be an empty basket) with gift cards tapped to the outside bottom!🤣

I second the ideas for Mat & Nat - they have great vegan products that are high quality. I'm vegan as well, and am keeping the great ideas posted by others (thank you!).
A good friend of mine lived in Orlando and went to a restaurant called Legumaniti frequently. I don't think it's anything fancy, but maybe some gift cards to local vegan restaurants? Here's a list for Orlando: https://photos.orlandoweekly.com/vegan-vegetarian-orlando-restaurants-you-totally-need-to-try/?slide=1&1-dandelion
One more thought: you can also check out Organic Bunny's website - she does extensive research into animal testing, clean products, etc and I think she has boxes of products you can buy as well. Her packaging is really cute, and I've bought some brands she has recommended with no complaints.
Teslas have vegan leather interior. Just saying.
