My vision is somewhat blurry five days after a training module with pepper spray. Is this all too common, or should I be worried?

Absolutely, your eyes are tearing up. Fresh air solves everything

5 days is not normal, file the work comp notification even if you are too late and go get your eyes checked.

The results vary from person to person based on how you react, your genetics and how strong you are mentally. I agree that 5 days is a stretch, so you may have to get that checked. I would avoid saunas, pools or hot tubs for a couple of days.

You should have consulted a doctor. It should be okay after 2-3 days. But I guess it still depends on the person.

Not too common. 5 days is no longer normal. You should have it checked immediately.

My last therapist keeps coming up in my mind. I left her when I moved to a new area before COVID dug in and frankly it felt like leaving a girlfriend. She also disclosed in the final session that she was a member of AA and knew several of the people I occasionally discussed from the rooms. Her knowledge of the program certainly built trust with me early on, but it has been two years. I discussed it with my current therapist but she’s still in there. Any advice?
