Need advice. Currently in a sr consultant in supply chain planning company. I have an offer from a potential cognitive automation startup. How and where will my exits be from the startup? It’s for the role of an associate principal. Though the offer is very exciting, I’m unaware of the potential exists and skeptical to take it.

I really like my team and the work but I’m starting to lose motivation and burn out after the long time being the only one in my position here... and I don’t want to sound ungrateful, but feels like I don’t get fairly paid for the amount of time and effort I put in... any advice to get out of this negative mindset?

Any advice for how to decline travel? Partner is pushing for us to go but there is a delta variant and I want to be able to spend time with my family without worrying I’ll infect them. Anyone hiring in planning process or transformation practices? Not really happy with my boutique. Experience would likely translate to experienced M level at bigger firms. Have experience leading process design projects, IBP and Anaplan implementation projects. Getting more involved w/ o9 too but no project lead experience
