Hi everyone,
I was wondering if anyone here had inputs on work culture at Stripe? What do benefits look like (couldn’t find specific details on Google). Are they flexible when it comes to attending to family? How is the TechOps role? What is the growth trajectory?
What is a good salary range for someone with 10 years of experience and a MS degree (both exp. & MS in data analytics)

So, can everyone who has a second tell me who they used to study for their testing. Indiana is my state but most of the tests are similiar so any notes, downloads, quizlet, books you could refer me to, or even a person that teaches for pay. Anything would be awesome. Matthewwcates@icloud.com thanks.
Heyyy new here
Who is in the dental field?
I started working for my company about 6 weeks ago and I was originally hired to work from a specific location closer to my home. I was told the 1st day of my employment that the location “is not ready yet” and that I would be working out of a temp location further from my home. It has been really inconvenient for me to say the very least and the remote option is unavailable to me until after the probation period which is 6 months. How should I approach having this conversation with my director?

You’re not alone. I’m lucky to have a second income to lean on while I find other work. I ended up pulling the trigger and quitting my clinic manager job. It’s too much for so little in return. My raise was a slap in the face which was the only reason I was holding out at the job. It was that email with that sad little number displaying my new salary that made me say it’s just not worth it. Don’t feel stuck. LinkedIn has been my best friend during this time. Professional certificates on sites like coursera are also excellent for pivoting your career elsewhere.
Oof. Yeah the California cost of living makes it tough. I’m in Tampa so it’s getting pricey to live here as well. The second income he’s an optician and manager. So partial healthcare if you will. Healthcare is really all I know so I’m trying to get into “healthcare tech” if you will. I’ve done professional certifications in project management and scrum to help move into development and implementation of healthcare systems that will make the lives easier if those who work in clinics/hospitals etc. I’m really open to anything though and I think that’s really the mindset you end up needing to take on. Especially post burnout.
You are speaking for many of us. The burnout is real. Self care and reminding yourself that not everything and everyone needs fixed immediately may help. Focus on filling your bucket before trying to help those around you.
