I’m currently interviewing two roles at the same company. While just finishing all interviews of Role 1, I recently started to interview for Role 2. However, the recruiter told me that I could not interview for two roles at the same time and I have to tell which one i prefer. Honestly no preference for now. This will be my first industry job after 5 years at B4. So I want to be careful. My goal is to be SM and head of Accounting and ultimately CAO in the future.

Corporate ➡️ tech transactions/commercial. Anyone done the transition? Any advice for how to best position yourself to make the jump, either by laterling to a new firm or jumping practice groups within the same firm?

If i have a counter offer 25lpa with better role, will EPAM be open to negotiate? I feel the role & ctc are not on par.

I have successfully cleared the Skill 1 and Skill 2 interview rounds and was now expecting that the next would be the HR round.
I have been mailed that there is there is a third round before the HR round that is going to conducted the next week.

HR is scheduling the interviews without checking time with me. One interview was scheduled and then it was rescheduled to a different time at last minute. I wasn't available at that time so I mailed the HR for a different slot. They again scheduled it for a later date without checking the time with me.
