Im looking for regular working hours mon-fri opportunities but realized that any client facing role is very demanding w.r.t roster or weekend working or EST shifts...I dont want to take a big hit on my package. Should I change my domain itself ? Pls share your thoughts or recommendations on this.

I have 6 and half YOE in front end development. (angular and hybrid applications). I joined my current organization ( product based) in Feb for 24LPA. The work here is too stressful and there is absolutely zero WLB. So I decided to start looking out again. However I am not getting good interview calls. Are most companies not hiring now ? Or could it because my CTC is too high ?

Just got an offer from another big 4 for a 50% increase in base.
Should I take it or stay where I am and keep pursuing an exit to Tech?

Never been in an SE or consulting or B2B sales role before but have a referral at Salesforce and have been in some informal conversations. I’m starting to freak out a bit now that maybe I can’t do it. I have a tech background so can handle that part, but perhaps strategy may be difficult. My partner will be traveling often to London, once a month for an year starting September. He is getting his visa through work (10 years, multiple entry, 6 months max stay, cost some $1000).
