Recently joined another project where I've started working as a DevOps Engineer. I've learned a bit about DevOps and Cloud and now trying to gain insights & actual project level work exp. Will it be enough to find another job after 2-3 months?

Going through really bad time thinking about my future & career. My peers are already earning 3x. Please guide me and help me. Feeling clueless in life.

I love what I do and I have an offer to stay in International Development and be a manager with 86k, focusing on my technical area + lots of travel. But I also have offers from Deloitte and EY to be a GPS consultant at ~100k. Is it worth it to move to D or EY? Have personal financial goals that i need to reach for my family and thats why i started considering EY and D.

Can any Peraton 🐠 help me understand the level structure? I see a Senior Principal role I'm interested in but not really sure the comp and where it falls on the totem pole. TIA!
