Bruh it’s at will employment and you haven’t even started in PA yet. Just accept the FL one and tell PA thank you very much but you received an offer that suits you more, that’s it

like

Go with the offer that suites your future goals best. You owe nothing to the company you already accepted the offer at. Although, if you would ever want to work for them in the future, that will be much less likely to happen if you retract your acceptance now. I’d also recommend looking up a cost of living calculator since if you are comparing rural PA to a city in FL that $12k more might just be needed to compensate for the higher cost of living

Help! Applying to a job and one of the only real requirement is to show how I’m “adept at understanding client needs, and designing and implementing creative solutions”. My issue is I work in risk advisory and most of our client engagements don’t actually involve implementation. We usually present our findings and recommendations and move on. What’s the best way I can tackle this? I’m coming up blank and the deadline is soon.

How does one start the negotiation process with company that made a new offer? I have the comp details from them but it’s below what I’d be expecting for 2022 TC if I were to stay in consulting.
