Need some advice, been working as a manual lathe machinist for about 1.5 years at my current job and my last job I was a CNC lathe machinist for 1 year. I moved to my current job because they offered me more money and since I've gotten here I've only received a .25¢ raise after 1.5 years, normally I wouldn't be upset but I'm the only manual lathe machinist in the shop. Should I ask for a raise and risk my job or should I be able to find something with my experience?
