Does anyone have advice on what level I can expect to be qualified for when applying and the timeline of moving up in the Company? Also, any advice on what to expect for these type of interviews? But now she’s trying to leave and they keep trying to push her to stay saying she can be a partner in 8-9 years and laying it all out in detail. The issue is they laid off other staff (all but her) so maybe that’s it? Find it very odd.
