Need some perspective. Here is my experience.

SAP: ABAP, Data Migration, Data Services, integration/web services, SLT

My experience is broad. My main target/source systems are SAP. I’ve been a programmer, data/BI analyst, integration dev. I’ve lead cross functional workshops, created mapping sheets, designed solutions, managed offshore teams.

I am at a loss on what I should work towards. SAP tech is not fun, I did have a blast with GCP.

Which one should I go for?

1. Oracle - 18.3 LPA fixed + probable bonus (I may or may not get)
2. Amadeus - 18 fixed + 1.5 variable.

Amadeus is also giving joining bonus of 75k. Amadeus is paying more, may give better hikes too, but I am finding it hard to let go off Oracle's brand name on my resume even if it's means around 2L less over an year. I am planning to work for atleast 3 years in my next company.

What would you have done in my place? Should I go for Oracle or Amadeus?

What are main differences in career/salary trajectory and WLB for a product manager vs product marketing manager?

I'm SVP/strategy for a PR agency. I moved into PR, Healthcare, and Strategic Planning only 3 years ago. An agency recruiter is trying to convince me to move into a GSVP account role, assuring me "at that level it's all strategy." (I dont think she understands the words she's using. Or that I'm qualified). But long-term, knowing account roles are so much more plentiful than brand planning in PR, I'm wondering if I should start thinking about account.
