Hi there, I’ve been told that Deloitte (London, UK) is going to make me an offer but haven’t heard back and it’s been over two weeks. The recruiter mentioned it would be around the “m2 grade”. Any idea what this pay range is? … I have 3 YOE working in NHS finance and have applied for a position in Risk Advisory, public sector. Curious what life at Deloitte is like? Does a work life balance exist?

Is the feedback accurate?
Being tardy/late is pretty easily and quickly fixed.
As for the mistakes. I generally expect new people to make mistakes. It's literally my job to catch them and point them out so new people can improve. If they keep making the mistakes and it seems to me like they aren't putting in effort/don't care to improve, then there is more serious concerns.

This relating to mistakes.
But there’s no excuse for being late.

How do you show up late in your first 90 days? Dude, come on
Keep going, try to adapt quickly to changes & fix your mistakes
As long as there's no "You're out" or "You're Fired"
It's hard to find a job these days, cheers pal
I get the panic feeling, but it doesn’t always mean they want you out. Sometimes they just want to see if you can handle the pressure and course-correct. You’ve only been there 90 days... It’s not too late to prove yourself.
Showing up on time is one of the few things within your control (with the exception of one-off emergencies). Show up to work/calls on time always.
