Not work related. How frequently do you drink these days. Ever considered giving it up completely?

I wouldn't say I've given it up because I never really drank to begin with. I don't really know why, but drinking has never had any appeal to me. I have a few drinks a year because something looks delicious, but it has been years since I've had more than 1 drink in a single evening.

Hardly ever. I suppose I may have given it up, though every now and then I'll have a glass of wine. I was never much of a drinker anyway, so giving it up wasn't a big deal. I think it's probably something you just let go as you get older anyway.

I have only two or three drinks a year. Alcohol is not important to me at all. I could never have a drink again and it wouldn’t bother me at all.

Feels like sobriety is so popular right now, I know it's ultimately a good thing but I can't help but feel like it's some kind of marketing ploy to get us to buy other expensive "treats." Lol I have a few drinks every week, wine with family dinner, a cocktail or two with friends. I've tried those non-alcoholic wines and apertifs, but why are they just as expensive (if not more) than alcoholic drinks?

I hardly ever drink OP. I might go out with friends and have one cocktail or a glass of wine but that is it. The older I have gotten the longer it takes me to recover and I just don't like that feeling of being groggy and feeling sluggish the next day.

I was never a big drinker but when I tried to get healthier it seemed like a waste of calories. To be honest life is more fulfilling without booze. I won't not indulge on special occasions but even then I severely limit myself. The feeling of being hungover really isn't something I care to do ever again.

I used to drink a glass of wine daily. Then, I realized how absolutely expensive it was. Now I barely drink, and if I do it’s socially. Don’t miss it at all. I have a $200 bottle of blue agave tequila that’s I got on vacation a few months ago and isn’t even open lol. You feel so much better without the alcohol

Thank you for starting this bowl! I just turned 50. I had my one and only child at 41 and went straight into menopause. My symptoms were perhaps confused with postbpatrum and nursing hormone symptoms but bow my hair is dry and frizzy yet somehow also oily and my skin lacks luster and I gain weight so easily. Working from home for eight months has definitely hanged my body shape and not for the better!

Hi all, I just finished Day 10 of the Knopman Marks SIE prep course. I’m beginning to grow very worried. I feel like I’ve retained nothing as I have severe ADHD and watching the videos for 7 hours straight nearly I literally cannot focus that long. I just moved recently and day 1-4 were okay, but I’ve taken adderall for years by Rx and when I went to get my refill I was told I couldn’t get on since doc was out of state. So I had to solve that which took 4 days. I had mild-severe withdrawal sympt

I am seeing a guy and having a hard time thinking about him in terms of long term relationship. One thing that bothers me is that he never showers after he comes back from the gym and I told him that I find it nasty. We currently live separately so I don't have to see him after he works out which is a good thing but I can easily see this being a problem in the future. Any tips? And NO I don't want to go to therapy lol
