I have approx 4 years between PwC and Deloitte (federal tax mostly for partnerships) and I’ve finally decided public accounting isn’t for me. The hours are just too much (I have three kids). They like “home grown” talent and I “be worked hard and risen relatively quickly (AGC in 9 years). I work hard and get a lot of complicated deals done (structured products and private funds).
