Lol at least twice a day, every day
That makes sense. Don’t be sorry. Means more work for us. I need a new paint on my boat.
My girlfriend would love once a day but sometimes I’m just too tired.

My scale said I gained 3lbs this week. I could feel my calves were super tight from sitting more for work and it being hot so I think it’s water weight.
Is it possible the extra protein in chicken helped you gain muscle?

Too many 😩
Me too
Once a month. I hate eating out tbh. I know it’s meant to be an experience and social too, but I still would prefer making something myself at home.
How do you know he is male or female before saying marry me? Lol
I agree. I’m the same way. That whole “experience” is BS. Two people I know just had their dinner out “experience” and now 10 days into a hard hit COVID (they are vaxxed and boosted). They aren’t having fun. That 2 hour restaurant dinner ordering the over-heated chewy steak doesn’t seem so worth it now.
Only 1-3 times a week. It definitely helps save money and keeps weight off since I can cook in a healthier way (oat butter, oil sprays, air frying, etc.)
Ordering 2-3x per week rest is meal prep.
usually 1-3x per week. Although recently I did get sick of having to have enough food all week for lunch and dinner and started buying a few lunches from like a clean eating meal prep service. Has been a nice break.
Not bad, eating out less is a way to save some money. Nice job your motivating me to change some of my habits.
As a man, my weight can fluctuate within four pounds every week. Home cooked is much better financially and health wise . I usually eat out a few nights a week for social reasons otherwise it’s home cooked
Yeah, the 1 pound thing in a week is within the normal range. More carbs also add water weight initially. Whether you exercised and lost water weight, etc.
I eat out about once a week. The rest is meal prep or free food from work lol

You gained weight from not eating out?
What meals did you cook? I eat way healthier when I cook at home.
How big were your portion sizes. Eating large portions of healthy food will also make you gain weight. You need to do a calorie deficit and exercise to lose weight.

I had a whole chicken breast and a cup of mixed veggies.

I order out once a week. Every other meal i plan in advance with my wife, we buy ingredients we need for the week's meals on a weekly grocery trip.
You really count 1 lb as weight gain? That’s very amateur, our bodies frequently go up and down…salt intake, etc. Weigh weekly
