Hello Folks,
My current CTC is 16L (13L Fixed) in Accenture and working as CL10 and WFH.
I got an offer from PWC AC Bangalore is 21L fixed and WFH with joining date 15th Dec.
Now I got a promotional offer from Accenture of 16.6L fixed (with 25% hike) to CL9 which will be effective from 1st Dec.
They are asking me to retain.
Could any one please suggest me the better option? My yoe is 7 years.

This is the flip side of an environment where you are free to renege on offers. You may be able to recover your direct expenses, but it’s unlikely that you will receive meaningful damages and you cannot make them give you the job they originally offered.
Consult an employment attorney to understand what the options are in your state.

I’d ask to chat with the hiring manager and not the recruiter. Make your case to try and bring up the offer to at least your current comp if not more. At most faangs, the bands pre-director level are pretty wide, so I’d try to work with the HM who I’d assume would be the decision maker here.

Had you come to an agreement with them on level during interviews and discussions? Which level did you originally anticipate being offered? There isn't much you can do, but you might be able to negotiate to meet in the middle of the two offers.
Yes, level offered initially was aligned to my expectations and was communicated when they extended the offer. New level is below my skills/ yoe.

Housing no. Role yes but now i will be considered a flight risk and expect impact on growth
Brutal. Doubtful that you can do anything tbh. Nearly all jobs are at-will.
