Partner comp in management consulting: want to understand the difference in base vs bonus and the ramp up time.

E.g.: at legacy EY-Parthenon a first year partner should expect ~500k base with a very small bonus. The compensation is guaranteed the first year (not subject to performance), and gets adjusted annually based on revenue figures. By 5th year partners are expected to get close to ~1m.

PARTNERS: two questions —1. If you see an associate has really low hours for the month, do you imagine them chillen on a beach somewhere or do you consider they probably spent most of their days sitting in front of the computer being “available”? 2. If you send an associate a random e-mail on a weekend like “Can you pull X and send to Y”, would you get annoyed if they responded saying they weren’t by a comp or would you consider it reasonable that they wouldn’t be by a comp on a weekend?

What is the average pay for IT Technical Support Market?

I’m currently in a lease admin type role, in commercial real estate. I make a base salary of $50.5K with about $9k in bonuses. I’ve continuously received 7-10% raises over the last 3 years. I anticipate getting a promotion this year and would like to get closer to $60k for my base salary. I’m the only person in my role at the company and have been a key person in developing our team as we look to expand. Is this unreasonable? Is there a normal increase given with promotions? Clawback clause in current contract: been in role for over 2 yrs, it was an internal move that required relocation. Relocation was approved shortly after (over 2 yrs ago) but covid meant the actual move and start of my contract with new subsidiary was delayed, I was paid by the previous subsidiary meanwhile. I got small relocation package. Would internal move be subject to a buy-out/clawback clause if I leave now and if yes, is it time in role or time under new contract? Any experience? Thanks!

I got an offer from hcl and they are offering very less hike on my current CTC around 20% even fixed part is less than my current fixed amount.

I got licensed in 2018 and started working for a firm in DC while commuting from Baltimore because of the pay.
