The EO federal holidays only apply to federal employees.

That is that company’s decision. Some companies give Christmas Eve as a holiday, some do not. There is not a requirement there. Do you understand how benefits work?

You could use FHO or flex your hours. Not sure about the reimbursement thing. They tried to make me pay my own way to go to VA for a mandatory meeting couple years back. I didn’t go and I’m still here lol

No contractor is required to pay for any federal government holidays. Should check your own company holiday schedule before you starting crying.

Additionally, unless it's in writing about tuition reimbursement in the employee handbook or benefits and it includes boot camps etc. Then you're out of luck if it doesn't.

Peraton refused to pay from their profits like no trading charge codes for mandatory training.

A HR question I really want to understand. ISRS HR quoted a podcast "The not so great resignation" saying 70% regret leaving and many want to go back to old employer. If this really the case the employee likely left due to higher pay at the new company. If they want to boomerang back they will likely come back at even a higher rate than they left the new company for. So getting double raise when they boomeranged. Isn't it unbeneficial, why not just give employee a 7% raise in the first place?
