The point of hiring you is for you to do as you're told until you've proven that you can do it without supervision (i.e. promoted) or proven that you can't do it (i.e. fired).

Since they don't know you, they don't know you're being fast tracked.
They're doing what they're supposed to.
You're not being "discriminated" against.
You're right. It sucks being a young entry-level employee and being ignored or dismissed because you haven't been doing the same job for a decade. The company is definitely missing out on new ways of doing things as a result, and failing to engage you as an employee.
That being said, try to assume some good faith. Put serious thought into why people with much more experience than you think the way they do. There's a 100% chance they know something that you don't that could impact your thinking. They may communicate their thinking badly, but if you acknowledge their experience and break things down into smaller questions, you can probably have a more productive interaction in which you both learn from each other.
