PL (manager) at BCG and don’t feel like I have many real skills. Want to get out of consulting, but feel like I’m not worth the ~$300k price tag a potential employer would need to pay to match my comp. I think other folks making half of what I make can do the same job as me. Not sure what to do

31M here. Met a girl last week, 31F, and we hit it off instantly. We have so much in common and everything feels right, tomorrow will be our 3rd date. One of my closest friends have become so incredibly negative and self obsessed with her petty problems lately. I feel like all I do everyday is listen to her whine and complain! I'm feeling a lot of anger towards my manager (now he's acting normal but there were moments where he was condescending/dismissive/mocked my and others work/arrogant/said stuff was "wrong" constantly/belittling the difficulty of tasks etc. in the past project).
