Should I just quit the legal field?

I have been a paralegal or legal assistant since 2010. I have worked for small and large firms and a TPA. I've worked in L&E, PI, and ID. Billing hours gave me nightmares. Right now I'm in a hybrid paralegal/LA position where I'm responsible for all of the docketing and supporting the managing partner and 1 associate and their 90+ ID caseload. I make a lot of mistakes everywhere I work. I feel so incompetent. Should I just abandon this career path?

Any one in HPE? I recently got an offer (~60lpa, 13 YOE) the variable pay/RSU etc seems to be on the lower side compared to the industry. No joining bonus too. Any one who can offer insights on feasible payranges/ yearly hike trends etc?

At a different job I had a customer trying to swindle me in telling me that there was a deal in an item that never had a deal or promotion for sale so he made me scan the item 20 times before believing me. Are 8:30am daily check-in meetings reasonable? (We already have 9:30am daily standing meetings with the internal team, and now have an 8:30am standing meeting for a smaller subset of that team as well).
