LOL if you actually do! It only works as a negotiation tactic if the offer you're "considering" is matchable. If the immediate response isn't "we'll match," then you're cornering yourself into the hardball strategy of walking out. You could also accept the starting compensation and negotiate additional compensation based on performance.
On the other hand, an old ops principle is to never give more than 20% of your business to a single supplier. Very few companies have the resources, desire, or acumen to fairly compensate their employees. If you can swing more than one job, then work more than one job. That way, if one company is underpaying, you can look to drop that "supplier" and further invest in other employers.
Maybe keep your mouth shut about the other offers and find a way to accept them all 🤫
P.S. Companies actively recruit to replace underperforming employees WHILE THE EMPLOYEES KEEP WORKING. Seriously, level the playing field. Source companies and replace the underperforming ones.
