Points Gurus: when staying at an SPG property, is it more valuable to pay for the stay on my CSR or SPG preferred? I have Platinum status and been using my CSR and think i may be missing value

Is it difficult to move without a reference. I got all the skills needed in current job market. But looks like getting a job call itself is difficult.

I ask because I’ve let my credit spending get a bit lax since moving and adopting a puppy recently, so I haven’t been paying them off in full every month like I used to (though still well above the minimum payment, and keeping utilization at 30% or under). It got me thinking about how many people adhere to this advice.

Need advice. Have some credit card debt that I’ve been working to pay off. Have made progress but want to lower it quickly. We have dual income, with a house (~$300k in equity), 1 kid and 1 on the way. I’ve looked into debt consolidation via HELOC but also have ~$80k in vested equity in my company that I haven’t touched. Get equity refreshes every year. Would it be smarter to cash out $15k-$20k of that to pay debt vs. a HELOC at ~5% given that will still require mthly payments

Currently have chase sapphire but thinking of switching to Reserve. Should I?
Wife will also be authorized user, we do travel and will use this card for all our purchases
