To strengthen my profile for future career growth, I am considering pursuing both SAP PP and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certifications. Would you recommend doing both courses simultaneously, or should I complete one before starting the other? Which certification would provide better value for a Production Engineer looking to move into senior roles?I would appreciate insights from professionals who have taken either or both paths.

I appeared in L2 round of Capgemini recently.
Just after the intro first question they asked me " Do you have any offer and amount?" This question was asked in technical round.
I'm sure that guy wasn't a Manager.

I don't think he know how to take an interview.

Even after creating 2 asked program and answering 80% of their questions correctly.
Got rejected.
Didn't expect this kind of L2 round from Capgemini.

What companies in India only take about 2-3 rounds of interview? Which companies have the quickest interviewing process in India?
