Pros and cons of working in healthcare and pharma?

For those of you in healthcare related account management, what is your healthcare background? I am clinical and getting ready to hire a higher level account manager. I am really biased toward people with clinical/in hospital experience because, quite frankly, healthcare is a different beast - lots of hand holding and change management. I don’t want to miss the right person because of my bias, so im wondering how many healthcare related AMs have healthcare/clinical experience… thanks in advance!

Looking at full-time and application asks for expected salary and then expected total compensation as a number. How should I figure out the second? Health insurance, bonuses, life insurance, equity, PTO? I studied art, not math.

What's your maximum client load for a week? 20? 30? ... 10?

Should I disclose or hide the fact that I am on maternity leave? I have an interview with a big law firm in NY. I’m currently working for a law firm in Atlanta. I imagine I will be asked whether I have returned to the office or working remotely from NY. My husband and I have been living in New York since the pandemic to be near family. My current firm asked everyone to go back last week but since I am on leave I didn’t have to. I want to avoid lying without jeopardizing my chances.

Today I got an offer from Accenture. Doj is 6th March. Currently I am pregnant. I just want to know what is the minimum service days in Accenture to avail the maternity leave.

Thoughts on specialty life insurance? I don’t have my LLQP. This is based in canada. They are offering paid training

Currently I make a base of $63k/yr and $1k/mo in bonuses pre-tax. I manage a performance for a team of licensed insurance agents (service-based role in a direct business environment), maintain our business relationships, and support adhoc training needs. Is there anyone else in this type of role who is able to share how this compares to similar positions and your general location?

I almost got out of Pharma... A CD from a Consumer agency doing solid work reached out, and I was so excited thinking I could finally do the kind of work I love. Then they told me they will fill the position with a current employee. I played it cool, but I can’t deny I felt frustrated. Is it beneficial to the tenant to list tenant as an additional insured to a mover’s certificate of insurance (in addition to listing landlord and property manager as additional insured)?
