I just got an offer from EY in London but considering based on what the maternity policy is which doesn’t seem to be spelt out in contract or benefits pdf. Does anyone know a) if there’s a minimum employment period to qualify and b) what the enhanced maternity pay is. I’ve read both 16 weeks and 18 weeks.

No pros lol
pro: industry is never going to go away (especially now) so work will always be needed
cons: quite honestly the most boring work on the planet
AND SUPER SLOW

I've been on a healthcare account for a year-
There's lots of red tape when it comes to things you can and can't say legally. It's a challenge but can be like a fun puzzle.
I thought I was going to feel so much better about working on healthcare after coming from a fried chicken account but quickly realized it's still just all about money sadly. But at least it's money in regards to saving lives?
Some projects are hard to understand because you have no idea what the healthcare client is even talking about when it comes to medical lingo and knowledge. Again a challenge but kinda fun to learn about. I know way more about healthcare, cancer, treatments, heart attack warning signs, etc and feel like it will come in handy.
Thankfully my client is always pushing the boundaries and wanting to be a actual health provider instead of a broke fix one. I would make sure the account you're interested in isn't one that needs to stay in a box- I can't imagine how boring that would be..
I actually find it interesting and want that experience. Other than zzz and it being boring, what are some other cons?
The vast majority of what you work on can barely be described as art direction or design if you’re coming from literally any other background.
Have you ever played any of the Resident Evil videogames? Lol.
