I have been giving a few interviews lately and every Company is asking me to confirm if i can get my NP reduced from 90 Days to 45 or 60 Days. I'm still under probation but assigned to a Project already. Should I ask my Account Manager and HR about it or its unethical to do so. I've found ChatGPT mildly interesting... until a manager shared an experiment he did last week. He asked a few bench analysts to spend an hour researching basic questions a client might ask (e.g. "which Fortune 500 companies have the most questionable ESG strategies and why?") and to answer via 2-3 short paragraphs. He posed the same questions to ChatGPT. He shuffled all the responses and asked a number of us to spot the AI answer. NOBODY picked correctly.
