Cognizant Recently cognizant have changed their internet wfh allowance policy.we use to get 1800 per month as internet allowance without submitting any bills or transaction details. Now they changed the policy as we need to apply for icici/axis/hdfc credit card from there we need to make the transaction and reimburse the same. I am ok with everything but why i need to apply for credit card? How a company can force me to have a credit card? It will directly/indirectly alter the credit score right? Cogniza

I came to know that 450 grade are not eligible for annual performance bonus in jpmc is this is true ?
Annual Performance bonus will be getting from 5** grade
They will be getting only CEO bonus...
Can some suggest that is the above information is true ?

Shouldn't your company take care of this? This happened to two people at my firm and they helped with the process
@EY2 English speaking countries like UK, Australia, and Canada. I'm thinking about London cuz I'm in Financial Services.
@C1 yes but we need to work with global mobility and I know it takes a long time. Just asking for some advice :)
@OP sadly when I worked for PwC people quit when this happened, mobility ran too slow and the Canadian practice is really poor so they left instead. I'd consider that as an option too.

I second that - most companies are not willing to sponsor visas (specially in Europe).
