Another way to look at it - Dollar to dollar matching up to 1.5% of your income.

Wow that's pretty bad? ACN is 100% match up to 6% of income ($1-$1)

We have another separate retirement account called wealth builder .. the firm puts in a percentage without you matching it ... it was 3% when I was an associate .. it's 4% for seniors .. I think it has to do with your rank. So if you are putting 6% you are really getting matched at 5.5% if you are a senior

Got an informal offer to join a client (manufacturing company). 240k base, 60k cash bonus target (can shrink or double depending on company metrics) + 50k annual equity (3 yr rolling vesting). What happens if I stop weightlifting for a month? How much progress will I lose? I’ve been training six times a week - 3 days running and 3 days lifting. I’m getting burnt out. I have a 10K race coming up (registered and all) so I don’t want to stop running. I started weightlifting in March but really committed in May/June. My lifts (3x10 reps) are currently: squat 115, bench 70, deadlift 90. I’m 5’1 125 lb female if it helps. I don’t want to lose all my progress but I need some type of a break
