I don’t know I try to self medicate and avoid the doctor 👩🏼⚕️
High/Middle/Low deductible plans, all of which will cost you roughly the same if you exceed something like 20k in medical bills (I.e. you have any sort of emergency). Deductions range from 60-~200 per month for insurance.
Dental: standard, nothing special but will cover your exams and cleanings and any emergencies.
Vision: Will cover you & allowance for glasses/frames each year but I typically get pricier frames and end up paying the difference with hsa.
HSA: Firm will contribute 50/month if you’re in high/middle deductible (I believe, I have low deductible and it’s 0 contribution)
Legal: hyatt legal plan for cheap
401k: 25% match on first 6%. So 1.25% if base if you contribute 6% or more per period.
Wealth builder: firm plan that they put 3-6% of your base into.
Holidays and vacation: way to many for me to use but if you use more I know plenty of people that have no problem taking vacation and going negative. Just communicate
Public transport: varies but I think my office does 60 dollars back on a monthly pass for Metro
